在應(yīng)用程序日志里有2個，一個紅錯誤的是： 
Failed to execute request because the App-Domain could not be created. Error: 0x80070005 拒絕訪問。

一個黃警告的是：

怎么辦，怎么才可以運行這個網(wǎng)頁（這個網(wǎng)頁在我有VS2005的機器上運行調(diào)試是都可以的?。?nbsp;

看看IIS是不是關(guān)了，如果開著就重新配置一下虛擬目錄

我是菜鳥，不知道我的回答是否多余??？ 
如果裝過IIS，默認(rèn)應(yīng)該是打開的，除非改過服務(wù)。 
去控制面板-〉性能和維護-〉管理工具-〉Internet信息服務(wù) 
就可以看到了，還可以設(shè)置虛擬目錄 
解決辦法:在該web sites的virtual directory下,將Permissions設(shè)置一下,里面應(yīng)包含
ASP.NET
IWAM_MachineName
Local_Service
Network_Service
System
而且權(quán)限要設(shè)置為write & read.
